Joptek Oy Compositesin uusi toimitusjohtaja on Tarmo Karhapää. Henkilökunnalle asiasta tiedotettiin tänään tiistaina.
Joensuulainen Tarmo Karhapää työskenteli aikaisemmin Exel Composites -yhtiössä. Hän on syntynyt 1960.
Toimitusjohtajan paikalta väistyi Jouni Pitko.
Lieksassa komposiitti- ja kevytrakennejärjestelmiä rakentava yhtiö hakeutui yrityssaneeraukseen kesällä. Yhtiön liikevaihto on kasvanut rajusti, mutta se on tehnyt myös huomattavat tappiot. Sen liikevaihto oli viime vuonna 26 miljoonaa euroa. Tappiota yhtiö teki 1,3 miljoonaa euroa.
Yhtiö aloitti yt-neuvottelut heinäkuussa, ja yhtiö ilmoitti vähennystarpeekseen korkeintaan 30 henkeä. Tällä hetkellä Joptekilla on noin 80 työntekijää.
